Cuban Hat Pitch is coming back for a seventh consecutive year! Following a call for projects and a tough jury deliberation, we narrowed down all submissions to 5 carefully selected projects. After a week of online voting, these lucky filmmakers will pitch in front of the notoriously lively Cuban Hat Pitch audience and win cash prizes and services worth over $44,000. The Cuban Hat Pitch is one of DCM’s biggest events and showcases the community’s collective support for promising documentary projects.
The presented projects are:
– Corinne Beaumier: Si ce film était traduit en chinois, il signifierait tout autre choses
– Zahra Moloo: Wildfire
– Andrea Conte: Unger Decision
– Qais Pasha: Horror in Quebec City
– Raoul Lebon Tonye: le pont qui mène là
Voluntary contributions suggested at the door, open to the public.
